CareLens Laundry Coach does not collect personal data. The app runs entirely on your device, and no information is sent to us or anyone else.
On-device processing
All care-label scans, image analysis, and symbol decoding happen locally using on-device machine learning. Your photos are never uploaded to a server.
No account, no tracking
There is no account creation and no sign-in. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, trackers, or network requests.
Camera & photos
When you scan a label, the camera feed is processed in real time on your phone. The app may store the processed image in your garment profile, but it remains in your local app sandbox.
Your data stays yours
Garment profiles, wash plans, and care tag designs are stored locally. You can export printable care tags, but no data is synced to a cloud service.
Deleting your data
Use the Reset App Data option in settings, or delete the app from your device. Because nothing leaves your device, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
