3. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data lives on your device for as long as you keep it there. Since we hold nothing on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. You are always in control: delete individual items within the app, or remove the app to erase all of its locally stored data. If your device backs up to a service such as iCloud, your device backup settings — not the app — govern that copy.

4. Third-Party Services

CareLens Laundry Coach does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social SDKs, and does not send your content to third parties. If a future version adds an optional feature that relies on a third-party service, we will update this policy and describe it clearly before you use it.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no data at all, we do not build profiles of any user, including children. If you believe a child has provided us information (which the app is not designed to receive), please contact us and we will address it.

Since your content stays on your device, its security is protected by your device's own safeguards, such as your passcode, biometric lock, and operating-system protections. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a device passcode.
